Shipping policy

Prints 16x20" and smaller are shipped in flat rigid cardboard envelopes, with the print inserted into a plastic sleeve, which is then sandwiched between cardboard inserts. Panoramic prints are shipped rolled into a round cardboard tube with plastic end caps.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is used for shipping items to you. If this is an issue for you, you must contact us BEFORE placing an order to discuss whether alternative shipping providers can be employed. If an alternative shipping method is agreed to, we may need to send a separate invoice to you instead of using the website to place your order.

If you order multiple items, we will endeavor to include as many items as safely possible into a single package. However, not all items can be combined. For example, panoramic prints can not fit into the rigid envelopes used for smaller sized prints.

If you require additional delivery services such as signature confirmation, or would like additional insurance beyond $100, you must contact us BEFORE placing an order so that we can determine a custom shipping price for you. This may also require a separate invoice be sent to you instead of using the website to place your order.
